PLP Summit: Call for Abstracts

Summit Overview

The PLP Summit celebrates the impact of 15 years of partnership and collaboration across the care continuum to implement improvement initiatives in complex adaptive health systems. The Summit will explore how to leverage a supportive team-based culture using clinical information to drive improvement and be a positive influence as part of the bigger health system evolution.

Please share with us your work and experiences related to:

Project impacts:

  • Individual and team improvement

  • Partnered system improvement activities

  • Access to care supporting equity deserving groups

Methodology insights and innovations:

  • Application of research to practice

  • Audit and feedback

  • Complexity research

  • Data access and data harms (e.g., dashboards / EHR / reports)

  • Cognitive science (e.g., CTA, CDM)

  • Health systems research

  • Human-centred design

  • Implementation science

  • Knowledge translation

  • Participatory research (e.g., patient partner experience, community engaged)

  • Quality improvement

Presentation Format

Selected abstracts will be presented as either an oral presentation (Fishbowl), facilitated or other poster presentation. All relevant abstracts will be published on the Physician Learning Program website following the Summit.
